I will happily answer questions you might have. I welcome simple questions and provide this level of service without fee. Every week I set aside some time just for this purpose.

If you are serious about making changes in your life, I offer a complimentary service appointment of 20-30 minutes by telephone. This is to see if we're a good fit for each other, and to ensure that I think I could make a significant impact in your health and happiness before you make a commitment of your time and money.

If, after our session, I feel that I can help you further, I will outline a proposal for working together.

If, after our session, I feel that I cannot help you further, I will offer you any resources that I know of that you might find useful in your situation.
