Installment Payment Terms

Installment payment plans are available with prior approval and arranged on an individual basis.

All installment payments are made automatically by credit card or by automatic withdrawal from your checking account. We require a secondary form of payment on file to be used if the primary payment option fails to process.

Programs and services that have a lot of up front expense for us may require a non-refundable deposit.

There are no finance charges.

Once an installment or extended plan has been agreed upon there are no refunds given. Even if you fail to complete the program or service, your automatic payments will be processed as agreed.

Some programs, services, and products may have added value features such as analysis and interpretation sessions or follow up periods, etc. If you choose not to make use of these features, there are no refunds or price reductions given and your payments will be processed as agreed.
