Kaizen Extended Mood & Energy Management Programs

Mood and Energy Management programs represent the allocation of a great deal of resources – financial, time, ability to make changes, etc. – and not everyone can or wants to allocate those resources all at once. If the principles of the Mood and Energy Management Program are appealing but the rhythm and time frame of the program seems overwhelming a Kaizen Mood & Energy Management Program may better meet your needs.

Kaizen versions are available for both the Mood & Energy Management Program and the Perimenopause Mood & Energy Management Program.

Just as each Mood and Energy Management Program follows a basic structure but is designed to meet your individual needs each Kaizen Mood and Energy Management Program is individually designed to meet the needs of your unique situation.

The basic idea of a Kaizen Mood and Energy Management Program is to spread your program out over one to three years. Your individual sessions, Installment Recommendations and Functional Health Tests are scheduled as is appropriate for your individual situation and your time frame.

It is possible to design a comprehensive, integral Kaizen Extended Mood and Energy Management Programs to fit a monthly budget as low as $100 - $200 a month.

The Benefits and Disadvantages of a Kaizen Extended Program:
Benefits:
  • You’ll have more time to make the necessary changes. This gradual approach can make it more likely for you to keep pace with all the changes that will be occurring.
  • The monthly payments are lower and this makes it accessible to those who just can’t afford the higher fee.
  • Some people will work better at this slower more gradual pace and it may match up better with your natural rhythms.
  • You’ll have more time to integrate the changes into your life so they become your natural way of doing things and less vulnerable to being dropped out.
  • You’ll have an extended period of time in which to adapt to the physical, emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual changes that are being made and this can be easier on you and easier on your body
  • With the slower pace you may actually get better results
Disadvantages:
  • You’ll get less frequent support and it may be easier to go off course
  • The expected changes you are looking for may take longer to show up (but they still show up).
  • You have to be a self-starter, self- supporter, and be able to independently follow the recommendations being given.  You will have structured email follow up during your Kaizen Extended Program but many people find personal one-on-one sessions more supportive.
  • Depending on the specifics of your Kaizen Mood and Energy Management Program, there may be a lag between the initial Functional Health Test results and the recommendations done. If it is important that all of your Functional Health Tests be done up front, as we move into extended treatment, these Functional Health Test results may no longer be current. Depending on your responses and symptom picture, we might jointly decide to do some re-testing.  The additional re-testing would be billed separately.
  • Kaizen Mood and Energy Management Programs fees may increase during your program due to price increases by the independent laboratories performing the Functional Health Tests. This may result in additional costs to you.
